Super extreme DUI (BAC of 0.20 or more):

45 days in jail

Second Offense

90 - 180 days in jail

Extreme DUI (BAC of 0.15 to .019):

120 - 180 days in jail

Super extreme DUI (BAC of 0.20 or more):

180 days in jail

Third Offense in 7 years or DUI with license suspended or restricted

4 months minimum in prison

DUI with child under the age of 15 in vehicle

45 - 180 days in jail
